POLICIES

• All appointments requiring deposit must be sent within 24 hours of booking to confirm appointment.

• I agree to confirm my appointment 24-48 hours prior, failure to do so will result In the cancellation of my appointment, this especially applies to all Laser, Body Contouring and PMU Appointments

• Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE, they can however be applied to a different appointment should the first appointment no longer be wanted.

• Any Consults, or Complimentary Appointments MUST be confirmed 24 hours prior or will be cancelled.

• If have appointments back to back and do not show up for the first the second one is automatically cancelled. NO EXCEPTIONS

• ABSOLUTELY no Guests at the appointment, please also have cellphones turned on silent as this is your time relax.

• Please remain in your car until your appointment time, sanitize upon entry and please bring minimal belongings, MASKS are Mandatory

• If you're feeling ill please reschedule to a later date

• Please wait 4 weeks after having your Covid Vaccine to book any PMU appointments.

• 40% of Lashes need to be remaining for it to be considered a fill other wise a fullset will be charged.

• We do not infill over other techs work, a removal and full set will need to be booked.

• PMU Clients - Should a 3rd touch up be needed, due to fading of more then 50%, wanting to add strokes etc, this will complimentary only up to 6 Weeks POST Perfecting Appointment, anything further will be charged the initial touch up fee.

• Yearly colour Boosts are required every 8+ months, longer then 2 years will be charged initial service fee.

• Natural Lash Health will always come first, we will only apply what your natural lashes can hold as it is our name being used, and would rather not cause hair loss etc in your lash line

• Cancellation less than 24 hours and no shows will be charged a 50% of the service, any future appointments will be cancelled until no show fee is paid.

• Later then 10 minutes is an automatic cancellation, please respect our time as well as yours.

• For Clients doing consultations, no shows will results in a $20 No show Feethat is required prior to booking any future appointments. .

• Only ONE promotion/discount can be applied at one time, this also includes the loyalty discount.

Any appointments booked during Promotion may be reschedule once anymore than that will lose promo pricing.
