POLICIES

​To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, please review the following policies before booking.

Deposits

All appointments requiring a deposit must be paid within 24 hours of booking to secure your appointment.

Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred one time to a rescheduled appointment if proper notice is given.

Consultations & Complimentary Appointments

All consultations and complimentary appointments must be confirmed 24 hours prior to the scheduled time or they will be cancelled.

No-shows for these appointments will result in a $25 fee, which must be paid before any future bookings.

Back-to-Back Bookings

If you have multiple appointments scheduled and do not attend the first, all remaining appointments that day will be automatically cancelled. No exceptions.

Guests & Studio Etiquette

To maintain a relaxing and professional environment:

No guests are permitted in the studio.

Please keep cell phones on silent.

Remain in your vehicle until your scheduled appointment time.

This is your time to relax and unwind.

Health Policy

If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment. We appreciate your consideration in helping us maintain a safe environment for everyone.

​

Lash Policies

A minimum of 40% of lash extensions must remain to qualify as a fill. If less than 40% remains, a full set will be required.

We do not perform fills over another technician’s work. A removal and full set must be booked.

Natural lash health always comes first. We will only apply extensions that your natural lashes can safely support.

​

Permanent Makeup (PMU) Policies

A third touch-up appointment (if needed due to over 50% fading or added strokes) is complimentary only within 6 weeks following your Perfecting Appointment.

Any appointments beyond 6 weeks will be charged the standard touch-up fee.

Colour boosts are recommended every 8+ months to maintain optimal results.

Clients returning after 2 years or more will be charged the full initial service fee.

Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment and no-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.

All future appointments will be cancelled until outstanding fees are paid.

​

Late Policy

Arriving more than 10 minutes late will result in a $10 late fee.

Arriving 15 minutes or more late will result in automatic cancellation of the appointment.

Please respect our time as we respect yours.

Promotions & Discounts

Only one promotion or discount may be applied per appointment (this includes loyalty discounts).

Promotional appointments may be rescheduled once. Any additional changes will void promotional pricing.

​

Payments

Foxywinks Beauty accepts all forms of payment.
Please note: debit and credit payments made in-studio are subject to applicable taxes.
