Studio Policies – Lashes, Brows & Spray Tanning

Welcome! To ensure a safe, comfortable, and professional experience, please review our policies before booking your appointment.

Appointment Confirmation

All appointments must be confirmed 24–48 hours in advance. Failure to confirm may result in automatic cancellation.

Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment, or missed appointments, will be charged 50% of the service price.

All future bookings will be held until outstanding fees are settled.

Back-to-back appointments: missing the first will automatically cancel the second.

Late Policy

Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a $10 late fee.

Arriving 15 minutes or more late may result in automatic cancellation.

Health & Medical Disclosure

Please inform your technician of any allergies, skin conditions, medications, or recent surgeries that may affect your service.

Lash lifts, tints, and spray tanning are not suitable for pregnant or nursing clients without medical approval.

Lash & Brow Services

Lash lifts and tints, and brow tints, may cause temporary redness or irritation.

Lash lifts require your natural lashes to be healthy. A technician will assess suitability before proceeding.

If your lashes or brows have been treated by another technician, we may not perform certain services to protect your natural hair.

Waxing Services

Waxing may cause temporary redness, irritation, or sensitivity.

Certain skin conditions, medications, or recent treatments may make waxing unsafe — please disclose all relevant information.

We do not perform waxing on sunburned, irritated, or broken skin.

Spray Tanning Services

Avoid applying lotions, deodorants, or perfumes before your session unless instructed otherwise.

Exfoliate before your appointment for best results.

Results may vary based on skin type, preparation, and aftercare.

Guests & Studio Etiquette

No guests are permitted during your appointment.

Please silence your cell phone and remain in the waiting area or your vehicle until called.

This time is yours to relax — we aim to provide a calm, professional environment.

Payments & Promotions

Only one promotion or discount may be applied per appointment, including loyalty rewards.

Promotional appointments may be rescheduled once; additional changes may void promotional pricing.

We accept all forms of payment. Taxes apply to debit/credit payments made in-studio.

Acknowledgment

By booking a service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all studio policies.
